The Pitch Competition is a business competition for Latin American and Caribbean high-growth women entrepreneurs that took place during the WeXchange forum. Through the competition, entrepreneurs had the opportunity to show off her business in front of an online and offline audience packed with the most active members of Latin America and the Caribbean's entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Mentoring Session

Organized by:

In mentoring sessions, a mentor, someone with experience and relevant social capital in the world of business, shares her/his knowledge and lessons learned with an entrepreneur, guiding her to analyze and solve challenges or problems of various kinds that her startup is facing, such as putting together a good work team, access to financing appropriate to her needs, and the ability to take advantage of technology, to name only a few. The sessions are highly interactive and mutually enriching. During WeXchange 2015, each mentoring session was an hour long, and the entrepreneurs were able to participate in up to two sessions.
